We conduct comprehensive assessments at the organizational and/or community-wide) level. Surveys, focus groups, interviews, and data analysis drive our understanding of how structural racism creates disparate impacts for people of color. Based on the assessment, we work with you to develop a Racial Equity Action Plan or can help you create a more equitable and inclusive Strategic Plan.
Training
& Capacity Building
Our dynamic, interactive trainings are grounded in a historical and structural analysis of the impact of racism. We work to develop a shared language and understanding of root causes and to provide concrete antiracist knowledge and skills.
Implementation
& Coaching
We provide ongoing support for organizations and communities to translate their words and ideas into action. We measure outcomes over time. We help troubleshoot challenges. We work with you to achieve meaningful change.
